Time Magazine has ranked healthtech companies across six different segments: AI & data analysis, diagnostics, health data management, medical devices, prevention, telemedicine, and treatment. Kry has been ranked in the telemedicine category, which includes platforms that enable healthcare remotely, such as virtual consultations and online tools for patients.
A total of 400 companies from 25 countries are included in the ranking, which was conducted by Time Magazine in collaboration with the analysis firm Statista. The assessment is based on data from three sources:
Financial strength: Financial stability, growth potential, and operational efficiency.
Reputation within the profession and among the public: The company’s image, mainly measured by credibility and visibility, including media presence, social media, and blogs.
Engagement: Digital reach and user interaction, analyzed through website traffic to assess how effectively the companies engage and interact with their patients and target audiences.
Based on these three data sources - with 50% weight given to financial strength, 30% to reputation, and 20% to engagement - each company received a certain number of points. These points were then translated into a rating, where Kry received the designation “high.”
“It is an incredible achievement to grow from just a few people with a fantastic idea to realize that idea in four different countries and become a company with top-level medical and caregiving expertise in just ten years. Kry’s employees provide our patients with high-quality healthcare every day, while also contributing to societal benefit through innovative thinking”, says Kalle Conneryd Lundgren, CEO of Kry/Livi.
