Kry has released its latest annual results for full year 2024. The leading digital healthcare company continues to demonstrate a solid operational trajectory, improving its revenue, EBITDA margin and cash flow performance year-on-year, and is remaining firmly on plan to reach profitability.
The company, which operates in Sweden, France the UK and Norway, improved the Group’s EBITDA performance year-on-year from 2023: SEK -505 million for 2024 (versus –960million in 2023). The Group’s revenue has also seen positive gains in 2024 at 2,5bnSEK showing a 22% increase since 2022 reporting period, and all markets returned a profit at end of 2024. This positive trend has continued in 2025 with continued growth and financial result improvements during the first quarter.
Kalle Conneryd Lundgren, Chief Executive Officer, Kry said: “As European healthcare systems face increasing pressure, Kry is undergoing a transformation and seeking long-term, practical solutions to ensure easy and equitable patient access to primary and specialist care across Europe.
“Our financial results are rapidly improving, and the Group’s financial position is stable, as planned. The EBITDA margin improved year-on-year from -19.5% to -4.4% in 2024. Significant operational improvements and efficiencies across all markets and business segments have been key to this. We are showing that it is possible to deliver sustainable and equitable healthcare at scale.”
Now operating with more than 60 physical units and delivering over 12 million patient consultations throughout Europe, the Kry model offers a proven method to help public healthcare systems increase capacity and efficiency – while significantly lowering costs and shortening wait times for patients.
Looking ahead, the company plans to scale its digital offloading model across its four markets, expanding its share of digital-first consultations and further improving operations and processes to seamlessly integrate digital and physical healthcare delivery.
In Sweden the company has grown organically in 2024 with close to 16,000 new registered patients at its clinics. In the UK, the company is actively seeking its first physical site marking a new phase of growth; whilst in France it has adapted to a new regulatory framework delivering almost 10% of all remote meetings in the country and achieving 35% annual growth.
“While Kry’s main goal is to become profitable, the company remains committed to shaping a future business model with a significant and positive impact on the European healthcare system, society and populations. This requires long term investments and concrete actions that we are committed to delivering throughout 2025 and beyond. We are, and intend to be, a thought leader and trusted partner in digi-physical healthcare across Europe- offering proven efficiency, sustainability and scalability, delivered at a lower cost for health and medical care systems,” comments Kalle Conneryd Lundgren.
